The manufacturing details at Valley Metals are closely held. The company uses a combination of employee/management experience, metallurgical knowledge, specialty equipment and custom developed process techniques to make the highest quality tubing possible for stringent and demanding applications.
Welding processes include plasma and TIG with both linear and orbital weld capability.
Process lengths of up to 12 foot maximum can be made, depending on the alloy and diameter.
Draw benches can provide diameters down to .063? OD for alloys that can be cold worked. Product can be OD or ID controlled.
